4-Day Women Leadership Program – 2016 at Institute of Administrative Sciences PU

LAHORE: (22,09.2016): The Career Buzz a youth  training  organization in association with Punjab University ,Pakistan Human Capital Forum, Funverks, Adverto and Maxfosterglobal arranged a learning conference WLP “(Women leadership Program )  2016 at Institute of Administrative Sciences Punjab University.women-leadership-1

The 4-day-long event will enable young women to build life skills and influence on multiple  fronts and create a personalised  plan to build their career like never before. The event aims to train more than 150 women from different cities and universities of Pakistan. There will be workshops, debates and learning activities on  women leadership , teamwork, communication skills, career path, personal branding, entrepreneurship, discussion making, diversity, business  planning, art of living, emotional intelligence, personality development and many other professional and interpersonal skills.

HR Director at British Council Pakistan Nariman Qureshi, famous athlete Samar Khan, Asmara Nomani and Faisal Akbar Awan were the motivational speakers on the first day.

The Founder of Career Buzz Faisal Akbar Awan said that WLP (Women Leadership Program) is a unique and practical training and development initiative for young and aspiring women. The primary focus of WLP is to enable young women to build life skills and Influence on multiple fronts and create a personalized plan to build their career like never before.     

The programme includes more than 12 workshops, role plays, experiential learning activities and fun filled learning games. Inaugural session was also attended by several corporate and academic professionals from all across the county.
