Basically, the concept of FAST exists in all religion which are founded in this mortal world. In Muslims there is the concept of roza (FAST) and also a HOLY month is specified for that by the Allah. (Ramadan).
In Christianity, the concept of Fast is also found however their fasting period is longer than the Muslims. Hinduism also has the different types of fast in their religion like moon-varat, upvast etc.
Therefore, in this current age everyone wants to remain fit and active so that, to fulfil that need almost many people start different types exercise like yoga, weight lifting, swimming etc.
Here, I want to clarify the concept of FITNESS,
Fitness is not that how much weight you can lift. Fitness is that, your body should work accurate as a normal body works.
Therefore, Allah gives us the Holy days of fasting to analyze the true fitness, is the power of belief system and the faith on ourselves.
So that, we have to follow the basic activities to remain fit during fasting period, first of all we should
Understand the basic concept of fast because many people think that during fasting session they feel weak due to remain empty stomach but they are wrong because in this time they are making themselves healthier. For, the exception things are burned by themselves and human remain secure from harmful diseases.
