HEC—15th Year Celebrations at Government Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur

Government Sadiq Degree College Women University organized a month long program (12th Sep 17 -12th Oct 17) of activities under the special guidance of the Worthy Vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Afza to celebrate 15 years of HEC. The formation of HEC has proved to be a milestone in the development of the educational institute.

Different events/competitions were organized by the directorates of student affairs and the associated societies. A walk was arranged on 20th Sep 2017 led by the Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Afza.

The faculty members and the students took part in the walk to mark the excellent work by the HEC in the promotion of the education sector. Society of Fashion Art and Design arranged the poster competition on 26th Sep 2017 on the theme of “Role of the highly educated women in the development of nation”. Sport Society organized a interdepartmental Table Tennis match on 28th Sep 2017.on this occasion, urdu and English declamation societies held interdepartmental Essay and Speech Competition on 10th Oct 2017. The topic were “Do highly educated women really bring about better nation” and in Urdu
تعلیم یافتہ عورت – معاشرتی استحکام کی ضمانت۔ All above programs were planned to highlight the HEC special role in the promotion and establishment of female educational institutes.
