Breaking the stereotypes
From the animated movies Cinderella, Snow White and most of the Disney princess movies, to the dramas and other movies, we are shown a very cruel side of step-mother. Creation like these have spread among the youth, a stereotype that step-mothers are meant to be cruel always, however this movie breaks this stereotype as the step-mother in it steps beyond the limitations and kills the culprits of her innocent girl.
All we see ever in this particular case is that the mother’s behavior is reckless and rude. In this we see a true reflection of a mother who loves her step-daughter dearly and understands her even though Arya behaves rudely with her. Times of India writes,
Mothers are a symbol of strength; this movie further reinforces that
The actors have no doubt have done their best in the movie and this movie received awards and have been rated 4.5 stars on IMDb.
