Staff Report

FAISALABAD: Government College University Faisalabad organised the 37th Zoological Congress of Pakistan attracting scientists form Turkey, Thailand, UK and Pakistan.
A galaxy of scientists gathered under one roof presented their research work. Higher Education Commission Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad, President of Zoological Society of Pakistan Dr. Abdul Rauf Shakoori, Secretary General Zoological Society of Pakistan Abdul Aziz Khan were warmly welcomed by the Vice Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Ali.
Dr. Mukthar Ahmad appreciated the efforts of Dr Ali in contribution of GCU-F, new campus and organization of a mega event in the university. Various medals were awarded to six different scientists by Zoological Society of Pakistan. GCU-F awarded gold medals to 10 different students from various universities.
