Lahore: (Thursday, May 24, 2018): Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Nasira Jabeen has appointed Department of Information Management’s Professor Dr Khalid Mahmood as chairman of the department. Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood is the senior most professors in Department of Information Management. He has served for 28 years as a professional and academician. He has done post doctoral studies at University of California, Los Angeles, USA. He has published 7 books and more than 150 research papers in international and national journals. He has also served as a professor in University of Damam, Saudi Arabia. He has also been the President of Pakistan Library Association and former Member of Syndicate, Punjab University.
