GUJRANWALA: FIA police conducted raids and arrested over 30 student visa

consultants from Gujranwala and Sialkot for involvement in human trafficking and fraud with innocent people, in last three months, SHO FIA Gujranwala Division, Sajjad Bajwa told The Educationist.
Sajjad Najwa said that fake consultancy firms had destroyed the future of students, depriving them of thousands of rupees and they also damaged the image of the country all over the world. Parents of a student, who had

applied for a foreign university and deceived by an unknown consultant, said he paid all his life savings to a consultant, as it was his dream that his son became a doctor from a university of international repute. SHO Sajjad Bajwa said that in last two years they arrested over 500 most wanted criminals, around 150 court fugitives, 710 notorious suspects involved in human trafficking, 20 dangerous red book criminals, 1100 challans presented in the court out of 1825 court cases, 1284 cases were solved in the same office with the technical skills, received five million rupees in head of fine and submitted into the government funds as well.
He added that the defendant were running an illegal business of sending the innocent people abroad, especially European, African and Gulf countries illegally in the guise of their travel agencies and students visas consultancy institutes. The FIA has sent the accused behind the bars after registering separate cases against them. Further investigations are underway.
