Lahore:(Thursday,8 March,2018): The 7th invention to innovative summit organised by Punjab University office of research,Pakistan science foundation,innovation and commercialization on 7th March 2018, concluded today 8 march 2018. In this two day summit almost 500 indigenous technologies including 200 start up projects were displayed. Around 100 institutions from all over Pakistan participated to present their ideas at Institute of education and research. Dr.Talat Naseer Vice chancellor of University of Veterinary Sciences was the chief guest. Punjab University ORIC director Dr Farah Rauf, IRP CEO Abid Sherwani, scientists, researchers, executive officers, representatives of different industries and students attended the Summit.
Dr.Pasha while addressing the ceremony said that:
Such events build connection between industry and academia.He applauded the efforts of organizers for successfully organizing such mega event.
Participants showed great interest in stalls for the first time a stall was set for resolving the issue of communication with deaf,dumb and blind people.Various software were displayed for disabled persons. A stall was set up to aware people of usefulness of ostrich meat. Safe water stall, cotton production stall, and many other stalls were displayed.

Technologies displayed in this summit can help to resolve numerous issues faced by our country she also thanked Punjab University Vice Chancellor Dr Zakria Zakir for his support for organizing the summit.
