Book Launching Ceremony at Institute of Communication Studies PU

Lahore: (25 January, 2018) Dr Zahid Mahmood launched his book  “Doctrine of necessity militarism and politics in Pakistan” ​ the ceremony was held at Hameed Nizami hall institute of communication studies Punjab university.  Ceremony was presided by Dr S.M Zafar, whereas the guest of honors were Dr. Mehdi Hasan, Salman Ghani, Shafeeq Jalendri and Dr. Noshina (director of Institute of communication studies.

Dr S.M Zafar said few words on theory of necessity after that question answer session was opened for students and books were distributed among best questioners.

The Educationist: Sir how long it took you to write this book?
Dr Zahid Mahmood: It took more than 4 years to compile this book
The Educationist: Sir what is the message you want to convey from this book?
Dr Zahid Mahmood: Main objective is to make people and higher authorities to realize that there should be rule of law in country.
