DG Khan: Students of Indus University are on roads against university administration and HEC for not providing them degrees. Zartaj Gul Wazir Former PTI Candidate NA-172 (D.G.Khan-II) and President
PTI North Wazirstan Women’s Wing also accompanied strikers. Students closed Kohat Bridge during their strike and they were of the view that Indus University was started back in 2011 but no degrees have been awarded to more than 2000 passing students.

Students also blamed that some students were given fake degrees. Students demanded Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan to take action against university administration. Students raised banners and play-cards with slogans “GIVE DEGREES OR GIVE WEAPONS”. They also raised banners against owner of university Federal Minister Hafiz Abdul Karim.

Indus University administration was contacted by the representative of The Educationist but no one was available for comments.
