LAHORE: ( Sept. 05, 2016) A charity event on the eve of the World

Charity Day was organized by Kips School Mughalpura and Joher Town Branch in collaboration with of Faida Foundation. The student showing good response donated around 100 bags stationary, books, clothes and money to help needy students. More than 800 students participated in the charity. Schools noticeboards and decorations were carrying messages of giving and caring. Students were carrying placards displaying various slogans . Parents and teachers also donated for this noble cause.
The International Day of Charity was designated by the United Nations on September 5, the anniversary of the death of Mother Teresa.
While talking to The Educationist, a student namely Ayesha said: “The charity is a very good cause and today I am here to hel

p those children who cannot support their school fee or other expense and we are feeling very glad after donating the things which can help needy students to get education.”
While Talking The Educationist, Faida Foundation head Bilal Ahmad said: “We dedicate this event to Abdul Sattar Edhi. Actually charity contributes to the promotion of dialogue, solidarity and mutual understanding among people. Our aim is to produce Social Responsibility in students and for this purpose we have also started a campaign named Student Social Responsibility (SSR) and this event was also the part of this campaign.”
