LAHORE: “Making science fun for everybody! On 28th and 29th January 2017, Khwarizmi Science Society, Lahore University of Management Sciences and Ali Institute of Education are organizing the first of its kind Lahore Science Mela. The event will be held at Ali Institute of Education, Ferozepur Road and will be a temporary science museum of sorts, showcasing inventions, discoveries, engaging artifacts, experiments and models of science, all aimed at the broad general audience.

Khwarizmi Science Society is focusing on the wonder aspects of science particularly through practical activities such as hands-on games and experiments that appeal to our young boys and girls. Around 20,000 visitors are expected for this exceptional interaction of science with culture in Lahore. There is no entry fee for the visitors and the Mela will be open to every citizen of Pakistan. Do not stop wondering, keep the scientist in you alive and let the curiosity take over at the Mela!”  The Educationist is media partner of the event.
