PU students will enjoy longest ever Eid holidays

LAHORE (March 18, 2024): Punjab University students will enjoy the longest ever Eid holidays this season as the varsity administration has announced spring recess from April 1 to 9 adjoining with the upcoming Eid holidays and the tail weekend.

According to a notification no. D/244/CRS issued by PU Registrar Dr. Ahmad Islam, the university teaching departments, institutes, centres, constituent colleges and schools will remain closed during the spring recess while administrative staff will remain on duty.  It is noteworthy that Eid holidays are expected from April 10, Wednesday to Friday, which will link the weekend days to make it one of the longest Eid holidays in the history of the university. The university is expected to reopen on Monday April 15.
